Question / Help OBS not working on good laptop!

Hello!

My boyfriend and I have tried several times now and we are not able to find the issue with running OBS on my laptop.

I have taking some screen caps of what we have done. I am now getting a DirectX error that I have never had before. I am running Windows 7 and have used livestream for another website before.

SOO yeah we have no idea how to make this work please help!!

Your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features, and no you cannot do anything about it apart from upgrading it.
