Can you try another Twitch server?

If no other servers work, it has to be an issue on your network somewhere, such as a router problem.

As I suggested in the chat, using http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=326034 is highly recommended for finding a good server.

For people searching this in the future: he tried a different Twitch server and it worked, after recreating his profile.

Do you have any security / anti virus / firewall software? If so, try disabling it.
