Question / Help OBS not streaming to twitch

Well I am up in arms about how to fix the issue. I've tried a few things after doing a bit of research:

Resetting key and waiting ~ 20 minutes
Trying wired vs. not wired
Just waiting about an hour then trying again (without resetting key)
Quitting Nvidia gamer experience (I heard this could possibly cause issue?)
Making sure the Discord overlay was off as well (also was told this could cause issues)
Switching from the Nvidia graphics card back to the intel (I have to do this whenever I'm window capturing for streaming art)

I'm currently using OBS v0.657. I'm a fairly new streamer (been at this for ~4 months give or take) and I usually can solve any issues I'm having with OBS via a little bit of reasearch/digging, but I'm at a loss for what to do at this point. At the time of finally posting this, it had been three hours since trying to get it to work, still getting the same error, uploaded the last log that this happened. Also using Windows 10, if that's at all helpful.

Have you copied your stream key into a Notepad, and made sure you don't have a space or newline at the end? Both of those are commonly accidental-copied off the webpage, and can cause this to happen.

also, next time when you post a logfile, do it like this: we just need the link that you copy.
