OBS not seeing 1 of my 2 NDI sources

I've been having a similar issue with NDI HX Camera app for Android. when I'm broadcasting, I can access the feed from NDI Monitor, NDI Virtual Webcam. But OBS will not show me the phone as a source. It works great when using Teams or Skype with NDI turned on.

anyone found solution for this problem? we have Pro Presenter 7 in a PC 1 and have 2 others pcs pc 2 can see ndi of pro presenter in obs, but the pc 3(this is for the stream) cant see pro 7 NDI. Its crazy but pc 3 see just ndi made on it

I've got a very similar issue as well. I've got 3 mevo cameras on the network. Every NDI tool except OBS can see and display the cameras. If I start the router or bridge locally then OBS can see and connect to the sources that are re-presented to the local box just fine. The only thing OBS appears to be able to see is sources local to the same box OBS is running on. Anything on the network is not visible.

I've done everything that has been suggested: reinstalling, disabling the firewall, adding OBS to the firewall allowed rules. Nothing makes it so I can see networked NDI sources.
