Question / Help OBS Not Responsive

I'm using OBS 64 bit, on my 64 bit 8.1 pc, and when I go to start my stream, OBS immediately becomes unresponsive, and when trying to stop it at the task manager, it says access is denied, even though I'm the sole user on this PC. It also starts to make my League of Legends client unresponsive as well. I'm not sure what's happening, but I can't use OBS, even though I want to stream.
