Question / Help OBS Not Responding

I went to go stream tonight and every time I would "start streaming" I would be going for about 15 seconds and OBS would reconnect and this would happen over and over. Now when I click "start streaming" OBS stops responding.

Fixes for both? Anyone had either problem?
