if no crashlog when does it crash? on startup? what message do you get?
you cna clear out the OBS appdata folder but this will erase all settings and presets OBS has. I believe if you type:
%appdata%\OBS into a file browser it will take you there. Whatever you do, DONT delete any other folders (i.e. Microsoft or Mozilla etc., . Just what is under the OBS folder.
If this happens, I tend to rename the OBS folder to "OBS-BKP" then when I restart OBS, everything should start up fine.
