Question / Help OBS not responding/restarting

A few seconds after I hit preview/start stream, OBS stops responding. Here's the log:

Running as admin doesn't make a difference. I tried removing CLR browser and my webcam from the scene because I thought those would be the most likely culprits but to no avail.

Also, when I close OBS after it stops responding, I can't open it anymore, not even as admin.
 
SOLVED

I tried everything I could think of. Turns out all I needed to do was plug the usb from my Elgato into a different port, and of course I didn't think of that until right after I started this thread. I don't know why the issue occured in the first place but it's working as it should.

If the elgato is an usb 3.0 device, u should think about a pci e usb3.0 card. It has more power than the mobo controller.
