Question / Help OBS not recording in-game plugins (GTA V)?

Hello,

I am using OBS to record GTA V with mods. OBS will record GTA, but if I use in-game plugins/mods, it doesn't capture those.

I'm actually playing GTA V in windowed mode to save on FPS. Should I still try borderless?

Not sure how windowed mode would improve your frame rate, but as long as it isn't running in fullscreen mode then window capture should work.

Unfortunately it doesn't. OBS still doesn't pick up in game mods.

It has actually been a few days since I've recorded GTA, and I don't recall what the last recording session was. I'll record again tonight and upload that file.

I tried this, and now OBS just records everything in all black. I reverted the settings, and restarted my computer...no dice.. It still just records a black screen. Funny how I wasn't having the black screen issue before, but now I am when I change the settings.
