Question / Help OBS not recording desktop audio on mac (even with (an) external program(s))

Screenflick Loopback - Doesn't work
SoundFlower - Doesn't work

Audio panel is like this when I have a game with sound open

I followed every single tutorial,
Still no desktop audio being picked up

Forget OBS but keep iShowu Audio Capture and make sure it appears in System Prefs/Sound window.Check it as Output.
Now open Macs default QuickTime New Screen Recording and select iShowU A/C as input.
You can save the video and Audio as 4K and the results will be better than OBS.
