Bug Report OBS Not letting me install

Every time I try to install OBS I get the same error:

Your system is missing DirectX components that Open Broadcaster Software requires. Would you like to download them?

Then if I click yes it takes me here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

It has the downloads for the Direct components, but if you look under System Requirements, you can see it's not available for Windows 8.1

So, I'm just asking for this to be fixed for the next OBS update!

You should still be able to install it. That is what you need to install.

Don't worry about the system requirements.

I looked into my settings, and this is what I saw!

As the error says, the file is missing. Run the DirectX installer to install it.

EDIT: Nothing worked so I just installed a steam game, and the game installed the files for me so yea...

Did you install the installer that was linked? Your screen shot proves that you do not have the file that OBS is looking for.
