OBS not launching... (works only in safe mode)

Hello guys,

My OBS is not launching for the first time, if I start it in safe mode it works, please find attached my logs.

The logs Analyzer of OBS shows Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduler as critical but it shouldn't be the problem...

Safe mode disables plugins from loading so if it only launches in safe mode, you can assume it is a plugin causing your issues.
