Bug Report obs not detecting display

i've tried everything and its just not working. i have no idea why. i even tried to reinstall windows.

You cannot perform display capture on this laptop while OBS is running on your Nvidia card. It must be set to run on your Intel GPU to perform a display capture.

Prior to the 1909 Windows update, this was done in the Nvidia control panel.
