Question / Help OBS not capturing

I had been using OBS without any issues for several months, but I had not used for the past 3 weeks. When I went to use it again, I was notified to update several things so I did. After the update, I am getting the strangest capture. I cannot explain it, so I am attaching a screenshot.

I tried to analyze the log from within OBS, but that return an error in processing. Here is the log

Forgot to mention, I uninstalled and reinstalled from the original download file I had and did not install the updates and I am still getting the screen as shown. I also checked that all the settings were still the same.

I donnt know what the problem is, you have monitor capture checked and you are getting a monitor capture.
