OBS Not Capturing Stardew Valley – Black Screen Problem (Tried Game & Window Capture)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to record Stardew Valley gameplay using OBS Studio, but I’m running into an issue where the preview stays black — it doesn’t capture the game at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Used both Game Capture and Window Capture (no luck with either)
• Tried running OBS as Administrator
• Confirmed the game is running in fullscreen and windowed modes (tested both)
• Added the game manually in sources
• Disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome and Discord
• OBS version is up to date (v30.x)
• Using Windows 10, Intel Integrated Graphics (laptop)

I’m not trying to stream — just record simple gameplay for a YouTube video. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong or how to fix this black screen issue?
