Question / Help OBS No sound

Hi, My name is Tom and I use OBS a lot. I have never encountered this problem but it seems that when I record the green bar for my audio moves up to signify that my sound is playing but no dB moves from 0 (I don't know if that's an issue) and when I play it back through windows media player it doesn't have volume. Please help! Also, here is my logs if you need to see it.

A media player that doesn't have windows media player's historic format support problems.

It says it may harm my computer... is there anything else I can use? Or to try and help me? Any admins?

Admins will only recommend using VLC.

"May harm your computer" is just about anything that comes from the internet, including internet security software.
