Question / Help OBS no sound in games?

Hello guys! I have a problem in which game audio in certain games will not pick up on OBS. It's quite annoying with me streaming and my stream can't hear audio except my voice. Is there anything im doing that can fix this? I tried messing with the audio settings in OBS with nothing working. Thanks for the help! Music from youtube and stuff do work, just not some games.

Figured out problem. My soundcard doesn't work with obs very well, they said turned off GX but it didn't work ;-;. Anything i could do?
