Question / Help OBS Muting mic automatically

This issue really annoys me! I have not turned noise gate on but it still sometimes randomly mutes the mic when I am streaming. I am using the ASTRO A40 headset. Please help!

Check that your inline mute/unmute IS fully locked in the unmute position.

Also, the Astro A40's have a built-in noise gate. Set your Mixamp preset to the top left, I think that gets rid of it.
