Whenever I try to start monitor capture its almost like I just opened up like 1000 windows of internet explorer and I try to move something but it takes about 30 seconds for it to move. I tried playing around with my bitrate and my settings but I couldn't figure it out please help! Btw I do not want to do anything but monitor capture right now because I want to use it to stream League of Legends and the easiest way to wait in que is to just monitor capture for me.
