Question / Help OBS Mic/Aux no sound

So this started to happen when my mac was updated.
My mic isn't coming through OBS, it's working everywhere else?? I'm so god damn confused, I tried to take mic permissions away from obs and give it back but that didn't work, reinstalled it, that didn't work, restarted my mac... didn't work?!?!!? I promised id stream tonight and its starting to annoy me.

Also, I set up IShowU audio capture to capture my youtube sound and that's not even coming through? it's set up perfectly.
Also now it keeps crashing after I reinstalled it?!?!?!

Please help someone, I don't want to have to use some shitty streaming software...

macOS 10.15 Catalina Support Status

If OBS is mission critical for you, you may wish to consider downgrading to Mojave.

I’m suspecting that you upgraded to Catalina? If so, try the test version: it’s working pretty well for me thus far - at least in the audio department.

I cant downgrade as its my dads computer not mine technically, he likes to be up to date with everything
