Question / Help OBS Messes up CSGO

My native resolution is 1440 x 900 (16:10). In CSGO I changed it to a 4;3 stretched resolution. Everything is fine at this point. Now, when i go to open OBS and tab back into CSGO, my screen shoes whatever is on my desktop but my keyboard and mouse function like I am playing CSGO. For example, I see my desktop but when I scroll down on my mouse, i hear my character changing weapons in CSGO. Please help, i want to start streaming.

Edit 1: Obs Works fine with CSGO until I click preview stream. After I click preview stream, that happens^^
