Question / Help OBS memory issue Win 10?

So the last day and a half I've noticed when running OBS that I am literally running out of memory. I have 16gigs in my computer and the only apps that I am running when using OBS are the following: Chrome (1 tab open for Twitch dashboard), Spotify, WoW, and OBS. This morning when I started streaming within 5-7mins the mem run up was at 14.9gigs. I've attached a log file.

You get the microsoft's warn "Low memory system & must close THESE programs"?

If that's the case, I'm in for a fix. I got 8gigs but cannot think about how much mem you need for streaming just one game. No music, no chrome tabs.
