Hello thank you so much for coming to check this out and help me. I was streaming to my twitch for multiple days and then all of a sudden OBS starts to make CS:GO run very choppy and it jumps from frame to frame. I understand that both of these programs run hard on my CPU but i have a pretty good CPU: i5 3570k so i am confused with why my game is so choppy please help!!!
