So Recently I did a 10 Hour Live stream on twitch and It worked, No Framedrop at all during the stream but then after that night I have been getting Framedrop problems. When I first Installed OBS Studio after a OS reinstall I did the auto configuration (Before the 10 Hour Live Stream). Which I edited some of my OBS Settings that my PC is able to handle but I had problems there. I did the autoconfiguration thinking it would Fix the problem but It didn't still acts the same. I have never had this problem before so If anyone is able to help then, Thank You

Sounds like your game is limiting its framerate while not in focus, allowing OBS to use the GPU resources it needs. While the game is in focus, it's using too much of the GPU so OBS gets starved.

A log file would be very helpful, but just to be sure, make sure you've updated to the latest windows update (October 2018 update), turn off game mode, and limit your in-game framerate if possible (either by vsync or max framerate).

My PC says I have Windows Version 1809 and I turned off game mode. I have been my max Framerate at 120 and the game I am having doesn't have a VSync Option.

That log doesn't show any recording/streaming attempt, so there's no information for what's happening when it's losing frames. Could you attempt a test record, or grab a log file from a previous recording/streaming attempt?

Yeah, unfortunately without a streaming/recording attempt, it doesn't log any of the lost frames due to rendering lag, nor does it show any other relevant information for the actual problem encountered.
