Question / Help OBS loses connection very often. (Reconnecting)

Hello,

I have the problem, that when I want to stream games Like Tomb Raider or The Division, OBS always reconnects after 15-30 seconds.

Also I have the problem, that it lags extremely.

I have a Radeon R9 390x with 8gb
8gb RAM
Intel Core i5 2400 with 3.10 GHZ
Windows 10 64bit
200mbit downstream, 9,8mbit upstream

What can I do?
