My FPS instantly drops when I'm streaming. When trying to play CSGO earlier my FPS through OBS was at around 10-18 and my dropped frames was at a large number. I just need to get this sorted out w/ some help from people who know what they're doing unlike myself.

If any other information is needed please ask. (I'm no good with settings so they may be all over the place)

Im not quite understanding your Setup, are you using a 2PC Setup or is this actually a 1PC + Capture Card Setup?.

It shows later in the Logs that you are using Game Capture to capture CSGO
If it is a 1PC Setup literally throw out the Capture Card and dont stream 1080p60 on Veryfast Preset when playing CPU Intensive Games. (like CSGO)

Delete the x264 command for CRF since you have CBR enabled anyway.

Streaming on a 8k Bitrate will result in a permanent Ban on Twitch due to excessive Bitrate usage. 3500-4000 is the Recommended Maximum for Partners. For non Partners, since you dont have Transcoding, it is recommended to stay around 2500

I run w/ a 1PC setup. I switch between PC and PS4 to stream that gives the meaning of the elgato capture card. Should I use something different to capture CSGO other than Game Capture?

No, Game Capture is the best way for CSGO
