Question / Help OBS Linux is skipping my frames.

I recently downloaded OBS Linux and when I try to record minecraft by choosing the window select, Minecraft cuts in and out from the frames. I've tried messing with my rendering frames, but nothing is working. Here's the a video of what is happening to me:
