Hello, so OBS from my streaming pc is blocked or capped at 39.68 - 40.33. (between these 2 numbers)
I have a 4K60Pro as a capture card but I don't think the problem is from there, everything is set to 60fps in the software and in the OBS as well. I really don't know what's wrong with it. Encoding with 1080Ti. the cpu is 1800x, tried a lot of different settings.
