Question / Help OBS let's me rescale from 1280x720 to 852x480, but it doesn't let me 1280x720 to 640x360

The rescale output option is checked and I am trying to stream

Just because I don't want people to think I am trying to troll and waste people's time :/ I just want to get back to streaming and recording and actually focus more on having fun, but this issue is on my way. If there's no solution I'll just record 480p with small fps drops from time to time (looks bad)

Also, I didn't click play on netflix.

You cannot change the encoding settings while Output is active (just stop the recording and streaming).

In the video, rescale output is checked. The video is to show you that. I know I can't change the encoding settings while recording (I am going to do another video showing the logs)

Solved, just restart your computer I guess, OBS is a bully to me and has always been, no idea why this happened. Thanks to the people who tried to help me including the ones from discord
