Question / Help OBS lags on my pc

Hey everyone. So today i decided to download OBS cause it was free but it lagged. It's probably because my PC is bad but i'm not gonna get a new one soon so how do i fix it? Also, i think i set the settings to low quality.

Set the canvas resolution even lower is the only suggestion I have. This machine is not really powerful enough to work effectively with OBS and run Roblox at the same time. Make sure quality settings in Roblox are also low, and limit the framerate in game if it allows you to do that.

I tried doing what you told me to do and the results didn't change alot. So i tried changing the advanced settings and after the modifications, there was only 10 frames lost out of 2 minutes of video !

Yes, it's still Roblox with the same settings, except i used .avi format. But still thank you for taking the time to help me.
