I've been using OBS for a fair amount of time and this just started coming up. When streaming I would usually get about 300 frames in Minecraft (My main game) now my game can't go over 25. This only happenes when it's being captured. I was on another source with Minecraft not being captured, but being open and I was getting my 300 frames. I've been using OBS for over a year and never had this issue. I have 2 PC's one at each of my parents and it only happens at one. The internet and settings are fairly the same. So, I have no idea why this is happening.
