Question / Help OBS lags game and stream

Ive been streaming on a laptop for awhile. Now i stream on my desktop that i had no trouble with. Today i uograded my graphics card from AMD to Nvidia and now OBS lags both my game and video. I get around 600fps and when i record or stream, with obs i get 30 on a good day. Drops drastically since i stream rythem gaming. Not just obs, but xsplit too
