Question / Help OBS Lags but no dropped frames

Obs studio is choppy when capturing CS:GO however i have no frame drops and i running at 100+ fps in game please help.
PS: Its fine in Normal OBS and doesnt seem to be choppy


OK so I have new info original OBS is doing the same thing as one studio as soon as I put the fps from 30 to 48 it becomes choppy
I'm running cs w/ -nod3d9ex -freq 144(Hz) -high my CPU is a AMD 6300 BE OC 4.2 ghz and I have a gtx 760 ssc
