Question / Help OBS lagging while Elgato Streaming/Streaming Preview!

Hello,
while I stream with my Elgato Game Capture HD, my OBS is lagging a bit. When I choose Stream-Preview, it's lagging too!
When I stream with the Elgato Software, everything is okay, no lags! But I need OBS because all the plugins etc!

Can someone help me?
