Obs lagging in Filters, docks, and others

hi there, i have this problem for the last weeks and i don't know how to fix it, obs always worked alright for me, but now it keeps laggin when i open filters, or properties in scenes, audios or normal sources, everything seems to work alright and i can stream without issues, but that strange lag keeps bugging me, its like when you press right click and open filter window it freezes obs for like 1 or 2 seconds while the filter windows is white, then opens.
IDK if this happens cuz a pluggin or a windows update D:, uninstalled obs, reinstaled, didnt install any pluggin but the problems still happened.
