Question / Help Obs Lagging Game

As the title says when i preview or go live the game im playing at the time is very choppy and laggy i dont notice any frame drops though just choppy and lagg. Also to note i just switched from windows 7 to 10 it was a fresh install but i used the same settings i had on windows 7 for so long with no problems but this is what i need help with! Thank you

still having this issue the guide on how to fix this does not mention anything about zero frame drops yet it lags the games when using obs. i just upgraded to windows 10 used to work fine on windows 7.
