Question / Help Obs lagging, but game not

Hi I was just wondering why when I stream my OBS suffers FPS lag when I select the game instead of having it as a background, but my game doesn't suffer any FPS lag at all.

So far this has happened for me on L4D2 and Blade & Soul. xsplit has no problems for me with these though.

Also whenever I Game Capture L4D2 it automatically closes whenever it previews/streams.

Tbh I get the feeling my GPU are out of date. :\ But I have no problems playing the games.

And I stream at 720p 2k bitrate. I know my internet is perfectly fine as I can stream some games in 1080p 3.5k bitrate very well.

My specs are

Yeah your GPU is far too old, your games will consume all GPU resources leaving none for OBS. Try enabling vsync in your games to leave some breathing room for OBS.
