OBS Lag

For the past week, I’ve been lagging on OBS dropping from 3K and under when my internet is set to hold me at 6K bitrate and play the game without any lag. I’ve tried almost everything and don’t know what else to do.

I mainly play cod but I stream on my GPU and it’s still lagging a lot.

If you have any fixes it’s greatly appreciated, because it’s been a week and i’m having a crap ton of issues, and so is some of my friends

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: MSI Geforce 3060Ti

i know this is an old post, but i was wondering if you ever found a solution? my wife streams on twitch and only has this lag problem when playing Warzone. the game plays fine, but the stream is super laggy.
