OBS Lag, game runs fine, frames missed due to rendering lag

When i'm streaming (also happens when recording), my game runs fine but OBS lags, sometimes it will be fine then when action starts to happen it lags, I have tried pretty much everything to try and get this fixed but nothing seems to work, I have read through mutiple threads with this problem and none of the solutions seem to work for me, hopefully the log file I attach can help you, would realy appreciate soeme help.

i have been testing to see if one gave me better performance than the other

game capture ALMOST always gives better performance, unless it just straight up doesn't work

have you been able to stream this before with no encoding overload?

if not you may need to turn either in game settings down or encoder settings down if you're maxing out the gpu in a way to cause encoder overload

this has just started happening, haven't changed a thing, i have tried pretty much everything, only thing thats seems to work is changing from 60fps to 30fps, obviously i want to stream at 60 and have been before up until now

I has it start after you installed Twitch soundtrack ;) or ?

maybe, it does seem to be around that time it started i think, i did try streaming without it running and still seemed to have problems ,have many people been having problems?
