Question / Help OBS Kills Minecraft?

I have a problem that makes OBS "lock" my fps to 9-10 fps while playing, but not if i remove stream preview or click out of minecraft. I have the same problem using Dxtory aswell but i need an answer fast! I've followed settings tutorials on YT but none of them work!

I am supposed to stream tonight, so please, anyone help!
 
Try posting your latest log. I'm probably no help, but admins need it to do anything for you!
You can post your log by going to help and then log files in obs.Then choose the latest file and click upload for it. When u get the url copy and past it here, saying that it's your log file.

Best of luck dude, I'm having problems today too.
 
Never mind, i fixed it :) I just had to uninstall plays tv which is a recording software that follows with my amd gpu.
