So whenever i stream my ping shoots through the roof on any game. This recently started happening pretty suddenly. Download Speed: 15.54 mbps. Upload Speed: 1.16 mbps.
 
streaming uses your upload

a 1.16 mbit stream itself is very low quality. You'd want at least 30% of that free for the game itself.

Stream in 480p or lower and set your max bitrate + audio bitrate to 70% of your upload.

That's your problem.
Honestly, you're not supposed to stream with such low upload speed. That just won't happen. When your upstream is saturated, download speed goes to hell. It just works that way.

You can probably come up with settings combination that would allow you to stream, but at such quality it would be pointless anyway.
