So this problem just recently appeared, i've had no problems with frames prior to this. I wanted to stream some dayz today, so i started streaming, and obs kept showing constant frame skipping, and no i was not dropping frames. My settings are the same as they have always been. My bitrate and buffer size are at 3000, so i tried lowering them to 2500, nope, then 2000, still nothing, even 1000, and it still was skipping. My encoder is set at default, i've never messed around in the advanced settings, so thats fine. I'm at a loss, its extremely frustrating, and i have no idea why its happening. I even went on The Ship, where i get 120 frames, and it was still skipping. I'm trying to get a log, but it says there is no log from me streaming today.
