This is crash because application run out of RAM. OBS tried to cache new video frame from capture device (camera or whatever it was) and failed because no free space left (OS manages RAM allocation for each application, thus breakpoint reached). You may monitor both VRAM and RAM usage with the Task Manager during the stream event. There are number of reports on GItHub (look for memory "leak" or similar issues): https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues?q=is:issue state:open leak It can be device driver problem (hardware acceleration), mistake in the OS or mistake in the OBS code (you may try newer or older build of OBS; all OBS releases under the "Assets" spoiler: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases ; for test purposes you may try to run OBS portable mode; for OBS portable, please, read after the words "if it was not clear": https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/crash-with-«could-not-find-locale-ini-path»-when-opening-app-settings.82157/post-346499 or in the Help: https://obsproject.com/kb/portable-mode ).
