Hello everyone! First of all i would like to say thank you for reading this post, hopefully the solution will be easy :)
So, i have been using OBS for the past 4 to 5 Months, and never had a problem with it. Lately i was looking for ways to reduce Background noise from it (I use OBS for Local Recordings) and everything was working fine and dandy. However, yesterday i tried to record again, so i preview the stream to verify everything was working, and my webcam didn't show. And when i stopped the preview, OBS Crashed, and with it Chrome and sometimes explorer.exe. Here is the Log.
