Question / Help OBS keeps crashing about once per hour on Twitch live stream

Hi, my brother and I do Twitch streams and for some reason OBS keeps crashing, about once per hour. This is a big problem and causes the stream to go offline when this happens. Can someone please help?

Please post the crash log and dump file. Note that disconnections are not crashes and can be remedied by checking the sticky thread.
