I am still don't know what is happening tho, because last time I didn't encounter this issue, but then after few months it keep appear this error.
However, I read the post and I did the change of the server and the bitrate. Hope it helps

Hi Harold,

Regarding the setting of the bitrate, I am not sure what is the best bitrate I can input.
With previous setting, I set it to 3000+ on the bitrate and now I set it to 2550.
I wanted to know what is your recommendation.
Thanks.

Minor rendering lag coupled with a minor connection issue, then a MAJOR connection issue.
Provide the results from the twitch bandwidth tester please.

In my OBS I have select the Australia: Sydney server

It's the most suitable in that list, and it's still below the threshold I'd recommend (85 is my lowest recommended quality)
You should definitely expect connection troubles with that.

But my connection seems nothing wrong with it.
With the speedtest and bandwidth test results are fine.
I just enabled the YouTube live, see if I stream on YouTube will encounter any issue.

You are experiencing Packet loss more than likely. If you are on CABLE MODEM, contact your ISP and let them know to check your NODE for noise levels in the lines, this will cause the CM to drop packets with no TCP recovery, then everything will start to fall apart. A connection under these conditions can easily LOOK OK, but NOT be OK. Conduct a ping test, run COMMAND PROMPT (Use WIN+R then type CMD, press enter) at the prompt type the following (without the quotes)"ping cisco.com -4 -t", let this run for 10 minutes then hit CTRL+C while focused on the CMD Prompt window. Copy the Results and paste them back...

Thanks!
