Hmmm ok maybe it's not packet loss then... It might just be poor connectivity to all the servers, you may wish to pursue this with your provider, as this should not be happening. You can also try in "Advanced" set to "Use New Network Code", see if that helps...
 
As what I experienced, it is not always 10 mins tho.
Sometime I stream about 1 hour, 20-30 mins then only DC.
And my "Advanced" tab already set to "Enable New Network Code", Bind to IP "Default"

Jack, maybe try then without New Network Code, and see how it runs. If it is happening from time to time, this is most ceratinly then network spikes and is something you will have to address with your provider to investigate further. They can usually monitor a circuit for you, during that time simply use it as much as possible and hope they see the errors...
