Today I startet streaming and everything was ok like always. Then after like 1 hour my dropped frames was like 85-95% and my kb/s goes down to 50-600 instead of ~1300-1800 but the audio keeps going perfectly.
I tried everything in settings etc. but I changed nothing before. Restartet pc too.
My Internet connection is fine like always, 50DL 10UL 18ping.

Your connection to Twitch is stalling. Seeing as you are using a Wireless connection, I recommend that you use a wired connection.

Not until you try wired, wireless introduces connection jitter and other instability that can cause obs to not work.

Updated my Internet software. Better download/ping. But in OBS and even with XSplit it's the same problem...

If the same thing happens in XSplit then you know it's not an OBS issue. Read the guide I linked, and contact your ISP if necessary.
