I have been having this issue for so long to the point i dont even know what to do anymore.
I will start stream and it will be fine for either a hour or 2 or maybe even more and random out of nowhere it will just drop, signal will go red, and the frame drops begin. it last for like 10 min. and then it fixes its self and will be fine for like a hour or more (its never the same) and just goes right back to dropped frames.
Ppl said its my internet. so ive upgraded my upload (doubled it) faster everything new router, new model new cables and I am still having the issue and i cant find anything to fix it. here is a log
