Question / Help OBS isn't working with my Turtle Beaches

I own Turtle beaches X12's and it's not working with the software for some reason. I'm using the Elgato HD 60, with my xbox 360 & One.

My laptop spec: Lenovo

Intel Core i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHZ

Ram: 8GB
